How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the Smoked Weathervane Scallops from their original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the scallops in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water).
