  • All steaks are USDA Prime or Choice, meaning they've been professionally graded for game-changing flavor, juiciness, and tenderness. All pork cuts are of the Sakura variety, a cross between Duroc and Berkshire breeds, offering an unforgettable taste free of antibiotics, growth hormones, and animal by-products used in feeds.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your meat in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking.

  • Cook steaks to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare; more or less depending on your desired temperature. Cook ground beef to a minimum of 160° F for safe enjoyment.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
