  • Filet Mignon steaks are one of the most tender cuts as they come from the tenderloin section of the cow. They provide a rich, buttery flavor and texture.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • When your order arrives on your doorstep, the lobster tails, steaks, and bacon will all be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours).

  • Once thawed, cut the top of the lobster shell, stop at the tail's base, and lift the meat above the shell. Season the meat and cook using your desired method.

  • Filet Mignons can be grilled, pan-seared, or broiled to perfection. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Will the USDA Prime Filet Mignon steaks come pre-cooked?

Our USDA Prime Filet Mignon will not come pre-cooked. Rather, they will arrive raw and frozen and should be thawed in the refrigerator before hitting the heat.

What is the difference between a Maine Lobster Tail and an Australian Lobster Tail?

Taste-wise, you won’t find much difference between a Main lobster and an Australian lobster. However, visually, Australian lobsters are much larger than Maine lobsters. A Maine lobster tail weighs 6-7oz on average – our Australian lobster tails are double that at 12-14 or 14-16oz!

How long can I keep my lobster tails and steaks in the freezer?
