  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the Sea Scallops from their original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw them in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the scallops in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water).

  • Once thawed, drain any liquid and pat them dry. Season both sides with your desired seasoning (salt and pepper will do the trick), and sear the scallops for 3-4 minutes on either side until a crisp, golden edge has formed. Aim for an internal temperature of 120° F.
