  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the filet from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the fish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water).

  • Swordfish can be cooked on the stovetop, baked, or grilled depending on your desired method. Aim for an internal temperature of 125° F for medium, and 145° for well done.

What’s the best way to cook Yellowfin Tuna?

Our favorite way to prepare Yellowfin Tuna is by pan-searing or grilling. If cooking on the stove top, get a cast iron skillet extremely hot, cover your tuna steak in sesame seeds, and sear each side for one to two minutes. (More or less time, depending on your desired doneness.) 

How long can I keep my Tuna in the freezer?
