For delivery by Thanksgiving, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday, November 26th. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Wednesday, November 27th.

I need my order by Christmas Eve, 12/24. When is the shipping cutoff?

For delivery by Christmas Eve, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Thursday, December 19th. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Friday, December 20th.

I need my order by Christmas Day, 12/25. When is the shipping cutoff?

For delivery by Christmas Day, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Monday, December 23rd. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Tuesday, December 24th.

Depending on your location, deliveries are made as late as 11:00 pm. If you plan to enjoy your seafood on Christmas Eve (12/24), place your order by 3:00 pm ET on Thursday, December 19th, for delivery on Friday, December 20th.

For delivery on New Year’s Eve, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Monday, December 30th. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Tuesday, December 31st.

Can I place my order in advance and schedule it to be delivered for the holidays?

Yes! You can place your order now and select your desired future delivery date at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free overnight shipping on all orders $150+. If your order doesn’t reach this threshold, your shipping cost will vary based on your order total.

How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. We ship all orders placed before 3:00 EST the same day. Any order placed on Thursday after 3:00 EST will ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order by using our customer support portal. To do so, you will be asked to provide the email address used when placing the order, as well as your order number. If you’re unable to locate these, our customer service team will be happy to assist you via live chat or email at info@markethouse.com.

Where is my order shipped from?

All of our meat and seafood products are shipped from St. Louis Park, MN where our fulfillment facility is located.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship products almost anywhere within the United States. Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not ship internationally.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Unless your order is flagged, we do not require signature upon delivery. If a signature is required for delivery, you will be notified before your order is fulfilled.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email at info@markethouse.com and provide images of the issue at hand.

If my package was stolen can I get a reshipment or a refund?

In the event that your package is stolen once it’s been delivered, Market House. does not assume responsibility for the package. If Route Shipping Protection was purchased when the order was placed, you may be eligible for a reshipment or a refund with proper documentation. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to provide a reshipment or a refund.

What happens if my package arrives AFTER my dinner party?

Orders that do not make it on time for a party are not eligible for a refund, so please order early. We recommend leaving a few days of buffer for shipping carrier errors and thaw time. We ship all orders via UPS Next Day Air, with delivery services ending around 10:00 PM in some areas, so scheduling a same-day delivery is not advised.
