How To Prepare

  • Thaw your turkey in the refrigerator for at least one day per every 4 lbs of turkey.

  • Whether roasting in the oven or deep frying, our free-range turkey will certainly be the showcase of your meal.

  • Cook poultry to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F for optimal food safety.

  • Note: consuming raw or undercooked poultry may increase your risk of foodboren illness.
