Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 5-7
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grass Run Farms Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ cups grated colby jack cheese
- 10 pickle slices
- 14 egg roll wrappers
- Store-bought garlic aioli (for dipping)
Directions
- Preheat a medium-sized cooking pan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and diced onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- After the beef has cooled, stir in the cheese and sliced pickles.
- Using egg roll wrappers, add 2 heaping tablespoons of filling to each wrapper. Tuck and roll the wrapper around the filling.
- Brush the top corner of the wrapper with water to seal, and then finish rolling the egg roll. Repeat.
- Brush or spray rolls with oil to coat.
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching or overlapping. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket and how many egg rolls it can hold at once, cook in batches at 400°F for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through.
- Serve egg rolls warm with garlic aioli for dipping.
